A great deal of people are questioning the number of supplements they should be taking, which ones are the most efficient and which dosages are recommended for the highest efficiency. We understand we are talking about a multi-million dollar market when we speak about supplements. The advertising is very aggressive and well funded. Well meaning fitness trainers also get caught in this system and wind up becoming sales agents without even making a commission!

Are supplements genuinely necessary? Probably more than to say they are necessary, it would be best to state that they can be helpful if utilized properly.

People typically believe that something is working for them simply because they wish to believe it. Reactions to Evidence Based Medicine show that even when people are provided with tested data, they still cling to their "gut feeling".
